Be it known that I, Robert T. Billings, a citizen. of the United States and a resident of Arlington, in the rcounty of Hudson and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and' ornamental Design for a Plastic Sheet or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the accompanying drawing: Figure 1 is a view of a section of a flat plast sheet or similar articleV showing my new design;

and

Figure 2 is a view of a section of a plastic sheet or similar article bent into the form of a tube and showing my new design.

The dominant feature of my design is the ornamentation appearing on the sheet and is independent of thethickness and configuration of the sheet. f

I claim:

The ornamental design for a plastic sheet or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
