Be it known I, Marwood A. Downs, a citizen of the United States, residing at Muncie, in the county of Delaware and State of Indiana, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Other Article of Flatware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing, Fig. 1 is a front plan view of a spoon or other article of flatware, showing my new design; Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken on line 2-2 of Figure 1; and Fig. 3 is a section taken on the line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or other article of flatware, substantially as shown.
