The appearance of the animated images sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-5 in a first embodiment and between the images shown in FIGS. 5-1 in a second embodiment. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

  1. The ornamental design for a display screen portion having a graphical user interface with an animated icon of a tympanic membrane mobility scale, as shown and described.
