Be it known that I, Robert A. Kelly, a citizen of the United States, residing at East Pittsburgh,

- county of Allegheny, in the State of Pennsylvania,

have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plate or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which- Figure 1 is a top plan view of a half of the plate showing my design, it being understood that the other half is substantially identical with the half shown;

Figure 2 is a vertical elevation partially in section of the plate; the section being taken along the line IIII of Figure 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a plate or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
