Be it known that we, Arthur A. Young and Arthur R. Telser, both citizens of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Theater Lobby Advertising Device, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof;

Figure 1 is a front perspective View of a theater lobby advertising device showing our new design; and

Figure 2 is a side elevational View of a theater lobby advertising device showing our new design.

We claim: The ornamental design for a theater lobby advertising device as shown.
