Be it known that I, Leo Cohn, a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania, residing at Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles, and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Change Tray and Article Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a top plan view of the combined change tray and article holder, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a. side elevation thereof; and

Figure 3 is an elevational iew of the opposite side.
