Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D26-14) FIG. 1 is a front, top and right side perspective view of a battery powered tape recorder, showing my new design.
FIG. 2 is 'a top plan view thereof.
FIG. .3 is a left side elevational view thereof.
The grille covering is conventional and continuous over the front surface. A portion of each of FIGS. 1 and 2 is diagonally lined to indicate transparency. The dominant features of my new design are shown in solid lines in the drawing.
I claim: The ornamental design for a battery powered tape recorder, as shown and described.
