Figure 2 is a fragmentary top view thereof with portions shown broken away for purposes of illustration only.

The dominant feature of my design resides in the portions shown in full lines. Further, the side of the building not shown on the drawings is substantially similar to the side elevation shown in Figure 3.

I claim: The ornamental design for a building, substantially as shown and described.
