The novel features of this design reside in the full line portions of the drawing. The dotted lines in Figs. 2. 3. and 4 show portions of the rear surface of our cabinet handle and positioning lugs which are not visible when the handle is installed on a cabinet.

We claim: The ornamental design for a cabinet handle. substantially as shown and described.
