Be it'known that I, Hans John Notes, a citizen of Germany, residing at Asbury Park, in the county of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Flexible Merchandise Display Rack for Columns or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawings:

Figure 1 is a side elevational view of a flexible merchandise display rack for columns or the like showing my new design, the column being shown for illustrative purposes only.

Figure 2 is a top plan view of a section of the rack showing it stretched out straight; and

Figure 3 is a vertical sectional view taken on line 3--3 of Figure 1.

The ornamental design for a flexible merchandise display rack for columns or the like, as shown and described.
