Be it known that I, William Shapiro, a citizen of Canada and resident of the city of Toronto, Province of Ontario, Canada, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Handle for a Smokers Stand,

of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

In the drawings,

Figure 1 is a plan view of a handle for a smokers stand embodying my new design, and

Figure 2 is an elevational view taken from one side, the other side being identical.

The fragmentary broken line showing of a smokers stand in Figure 2 is for illustrative purposes only.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a handle for a smokers stand, substantially as shown and described.
