Be it known that I, Herbert W. Marano, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Summit, New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornametal Design for a Staple Tacker or Similar Article, of which the following is a specication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming' a part hereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a side elevational View of a staple tacker showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a top plan View thereof;

Figure 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

Figure 4 is 9, rear elevational View thereof;

Figure 5 is a section on the line 5-5 of Figure 3; and

Figures 6, 7, 8 and 9 are, respectively, sections on the lines 6 6, '1 -1, 8 8 and 9-9 of Figure 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a staple tacker or similar article, as shown.
