To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Peter H. Wilson, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in Barrington, county of Bristol, State of Rhode Island, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Time Control Valve, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a time control valve, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is an elevational view of an opposite side of the valve shown in Fig. 1, looking toward the left thereof;

Fig. 3 is a top plan view; and

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view of my time control valve.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a time control valve, substantially as shown.
