Be it known that I, Ceil Chapman, acitizen of the United States of America, residing in New York city, county of New York, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for 'a Dress or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front view of a dress or similar article showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a rear view thereof on a reduced scale.

Fig. 3 is an enlarged fragmentary view of the dress shown in Fig. 1 illustrating the sleeve and bodice trim in detail.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a dress or similar article, substantially as shown.
