Be it known that I, Eric Ischinger Sn, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Reading, in the county of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and. ornamental Design for a Hand Dispensing Device for Small Elements, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of the hand dispensing device for small elements, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the same.

Fig. 3 is a front elevational view of the same.

Fig. 4 is a rear elevational View of the same.
