Be it known that I Adolph Katz, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in Providence, county of Providence, and State of Rhode Island, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Necklace or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a plan view of a necklace or the like showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is an edge view of the pendant element.

The dominant feature of my design resides in the portion shown in solid lines.

I claim: The ornamental design for a necklace or the like, substantially as shown and described.
