Be "it known that I, Frederick M. Breen, a citizen of the United States, residing at Westchester, in the county of Westchester and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Toilet Preparation Holder or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a toilet preparation holder or similar article showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view;

Figure 3 is a top plan view; and

Figure 4 is a bottom plan view.

The ornamental design for a toilet preparation holder or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
