Be it known that I, Maurice Cohen, a citizen of the United States, residing at Miami, in the county of Dade and State of Florida, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Garment Display Rack, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a view in perspective of the garment display rack showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof, it being understood that the wire hangers are continued around the entire circumference of the center pedestal.

I claim: The ornamental design for a garment display rack, as shown.
