Be it known that I, George J. Higginson, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at 900 Palmer Road, Bronxville, in the county of Westchester and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plate or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

In the drawing, Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a plate or similar article showing my new design, and Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken on line 22 of Fig. 1.
