Be it known that I, David B. Wheeler, a citizen of the United States, residing at Independence, in the county of Jackson and State of Missouri, have invented a new, original and ornamental Design for an Insurance Policy Vending Machine, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof. I

Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the front and one side of the insurance policy vending machine, showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a perspective view illustrating the back and opposite side thereof.
