Be it known that I, Joseph Fischer, a citizen of the United States, residing at Pelham Manor, Westchester County, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hand Spotlight, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a hand spotlight showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational View of the spotlight;

Fig. '3 is a front elevational view of the same; and

Fig. 4 is an end view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a hand spotlight, as shown.
