Be it known that 1, Earl A. La Plante, a citizen of the United States, residing at Boston, county of Suffolk and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Television and Radio Program Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

In the drawings:

Fig. 1 is a front elevation of a television and radio program holder, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevation of the same; and

Fig. 3 is a section on the line 3--3 of Fig. 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a television and. radio program holder, substantially as shown.
