STATES PATENT OFFICE DRAWING AND W RITING IMPLEMENT OLDER To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Alfred C. Kather, a citizen of the United States, residing at Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Drawing and Writing Implement Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is an elevational view of a drawing and writing implement holder, showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a perspective view of Fig. 1 on a smaller scale and turned to a position of approximately 45 degrees as shown in Fig. 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a drawing and writing implement holder, substantially as shown.
