Be it known that I, Arthur Crawford, a citizen of the United States, residing at Baltimore (independent city), in the State of Maryland, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Sign and Trellis, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a front elevational view of a combined sign and trellis showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view;

Figure 3 is a top plan view thereof; and

Figure 4 is a bottom plan view of the same.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combined sign and trellis, as shown.
