deceased To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Martin K. Fowler, a citizen of the United States, and resident in the Borough of Westwood, county of Bergen, and State of New Jersey, whose post Office address is 58 Harrington Avenue in said Westwood, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Smokers or Refreshment Stand, of which the followin is a specification, reference being had to the accompanyin drawing, which forms a part hereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a stand, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a front elevation.

Figure 3 is a side elevation.

Figure 4 is a rear elevation.

I claim: The ornamental design for a smokers or refreshment stand, as shown.
