Be it known that I, Robert D. Henderson, 2. citizen of the United States, residing at Cincinnati, county of Hamilton and State ,of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Wheel Locking Clamp or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a wheel locking clamp showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a side plan view of the device of Fig. 1.

In both figures a portion of the chain is shown by broken lines for convenience of illustration.

I claim: The ornamental design for a wheel locking clamp or the like, as shown.
