Be it known that 1, Marion Weeber, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article of Flatware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part hereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a front elevational View of a spoon embodying my new design.

Fig. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof.

Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken on line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

The essential features of my design are shown in full lines.

I claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article of flatware, as shown and described.
