Be it known that I, Bernard Discount, a citizen of the United States, residing at Jamaica, in the county of Queens and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Rotary File, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a rotary file, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof.

Fig. 3 is a side view of one of the sides thereof.

Fig. 4 is a section on line 4-4 of Fig. 1.

The part represented in broken outline is shown for illustrative purposes only.

I claim: The ornamental design for a rotary file, substantially as shown and described.
