Be it known that I, Joseph J. Garubo, a citizen of the United States, residing at East Orange, in the county of Essex, State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Dry Material Dispenser, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a top plan view of my design of a dry material dispenser;

Figure 2 is a side elevation of the dispenser;

Figure 3 is a side elevation similar to Figure 2 but with the dispenser turned 90;

Figure 4 is a sectional view on the line 4-4 of Figure 3.

I claim: The ornamental design for a dry material dispenser, as shown.
