Be it known that we, Charles F. Batchelder, Jr., a citizen of the United States and a resident of Milton, in the county of Norfolk and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Lothrop Withington, Jr., a citizen of the United States and a resident of Brookline, in the county of Norfolk and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe Welting, of which the following is a specication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a perspective View of a strip of shoe welting, on an enlarged scale, showing our new design; and

Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the shoe welting shown in Fig. 1, the broken lines being for illustrative purposes only.

We claim: The ornamental design for a shoe welting, substantially as shown and described.
