HANDLE Clyde L. C. Bartman, Arcadia, Calif., assignor to Platt Luggage, Inc., Chicago, 111., a corporation of Illinois To all whom it may concern:

Be it known, that I, Clyde L. C. Bartman, a citizen of the United States, residing at Arcadia, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Handle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a handle embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof; and

Figs. 3 and 4 are top plan and end elevational views, respectively, of the handle.

The characterizing features of my new design reside in the parts shown in full lines.

I claim: The ornamental design for a handle, substantially as shown and described.
