UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE COIWBINATION BOX AND DISPLAY DEVICE Nicholas T. Baldanza, Rutherford, N. J., assignor to Columbia Protektosite Company Inc., Carlstadt, N. J., a corporation of New Jersey To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Nicholas T. Baldanza, a citizen of the United States and resident of Rutherford, in the county of Bergen, State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Box and Display Device, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, and in which:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a combination box and display device showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a perspective view thereof, the cover being shown removed and inverted.

Fig. 3 is a top plan View, and

Fig. 4 is a front elevational view.

I claim: The ornamental design for a combination box and display device, substantially as shown.
