STATES PATENT OFFICE FOUNTAIN PEN OR PENCIL CLIP David Kahn, Englewood, N. J assignor to David Kahn, Inc., North Bergen, N. J a corporation of New Jersey To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, David Kahn, a citizen of the United States, residing at Englewood, in the county of Bergen and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fountain Pen or Pencil Clip, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a fountain pen or pencil clip showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational View;

Fig. 3 is a rear view;

Fig. 4 is a top plan view;

Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken on line 65 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 6 is a bottom plan view.

I claim: The ornamental design for a fountain pen or pencil clip, substantially as shown.
