Be it known that I, Alols Molitor, a citizen of the United States, residing at Buffalo, in the county of Erie and State of New York, have in vented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Eating Instrument, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top View of the eating instrument, showing my design.

Fig. 2 is a top view thereof as it appears when the two members of the instrument are slightly separated.

Fig. 3 is a bottom view thereof.
