Be it known that I, James C. Madden, 3rd, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and. ornamental Design for a Packaging Container or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a packaging container, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side view thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a top plan View thereof.
