DESIGN FOR A BOTTLE CAP OR SIMILAR ARTICLE John J. Lynch, Brooklyn, N. Y.

Application December 4, 1945, Serial No. 124,343 Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, John J. Lynch, a citizen of the United States, residing at Brooklyn, county of Kings, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Bottle Cap or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a bottle cap or similar article, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a reversed front view thereof on a reduced scale;

Figure 3 is a partial cross-section thereof taken substantially 0n the line 3-3 of Figure 2;

Figure 4 is a top plan view thereof on a reduced scale, and

Figure 5 is a side elevational view thereof.

The simulation of a finger nail on my design may be the same color as the contents of the container on which the design is used.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a bottle cap or similar article, as shown and described.
