Be it known that I, Virgil Black, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Grand Ridge, in the county of La Salle and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Shirt and Tie, of which the following is a specification, reference bein had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein:

Fig. 1 is a front view of a combined shirt and tie showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a fragmentary front view of the shirt in closed position.

Fig. 3 is a view similar to Fig. 2 illustrating the shirt in an open position.
