Be it known that I, Frank P. Emerson, a citizen of the United States and residing at Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles, State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Popcorn Vending Machine, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the popcorn vending machine as seen from the front and one side thereof, showing my new design,

Fig. 2 is :a perspective view of the popcorn vending machine as seen from the back and other side thereof, and

Fig. 3 is a top plan View of the popcorn vending machine.

I claim: The ornamental design for a popcorn vending machine, substantially as shown.
