STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A STIRRING, SCRAPING, AND HEATING SPOON To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Genevieve J. Erker, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of Clayton, county of St. Louis, State of Missouri, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Stirring, Scraping, and Beating Spoon, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a top or plan view of a stirring, scraping, and beating spoon, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a bottom plan view of the spoon;

Fig. 3 is a lateral perspective view of the spoon shown in the other figures; and

Fig. 4 is a transverse sectional view as taken along line 4-4 of Fig. 3.

I claim: The ornamental design for a stirring, scraping, and beating spoon, substantially as shown.
