Be it known that I, Carl Louis Otto, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in the Borough of Manhattan, city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Balance, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof, wherein:

Figure 1 is a front elevation of a balance embodying my new design, with the lid open.

Fig. 2 is a top plan view of the balance shown in Fig. 1, with the lid closed.

Fig. 3 is a side elevation of the balance shown in the preceding two figures, with the lid closed.

I claim: The ornamental design for a balance, as shown.
