Be it known that I, Theodore H. Koeber, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oak Park, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Refrigerator and Cooler Cabinet, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view taken from one side of a combination refrigerator and cooler cabinet, showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a perspective view taken from the other side thereof.

The ornamental design for a combination refrigerator and cooler cabinet, as shown.
