Be it known that I, James R. Clarke, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oneida, in the county of Madison and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Powder Blender, of which the following is a. specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing Fig. 1 is a side view of a powder blender showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a. top plan View of my new design.

The side of the powder blender not shown in the drawing is substantially like the side disc osed- I claim:

The ornamental design for a powder blender, substantially as shown and described.
