Be it known that I, Simon Malkin, a citizen of the United States and a resident of the city of New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Overhead Counter Display Stand, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, constituting a part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a perspective View of an overhead counter display stand showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is an edge view of the stand shown in. Fig. 1, taken in the plane 22 and in the direction indicated by the arrows;

Fig. 3 is an edge view of the stand taken in the plane 3-3, and in the direction indicated by the arrows;

Fig. 4 is a front elevational view; Fig. 5 is a top plan view of the same. I claim: The ornamental design for an overhead counter display stand, as shown.
