Term of patent 14 years (01. 1134-2) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, Dorothy Mason Pierce, a citizen of the United States, residing in New York, county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Stuffed Toy Elephant, of which the follow-- ing is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof in which:

Fig. 1 is a front view of a stuffed toy elephant showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front view thereof from a slightly different angle;

Fig. 3 is a side view thereof;

Fig. 4 is a back view thereof; and

Fig. 5 is a bottom View thereof.

The design is characterized by a trunk which is bent upwardly and slightly to one side and a pocket, which shows from the front of the elephant in sitting position, from which a feather and a spray of wheat project and by ears which are formed by seamless extensions of the mate- DOROTHY MASON PIERCE.
