Be it known that I, Clarence P. Hornung, a citizen of the United States of America and a resident of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Safety Razor or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a top plan view of a safety razor or similar article, showing my new design;

Fig, 2 is a side elevational view thereof, and

Fig. 3 is an edge elevational view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a safety razor or similar article, as shown.
