Be it known that Robert B. Wemyss, a citizen of the United States, residing in Louisville, county of Jeiferson, State of Kentucky, has invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Handle for Cooking Utensils, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming part thereof, wherein- Fig. 1 is a side view of a handle for cooking utensils showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top view;

Fig. 3 is an end view; and

Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken on line 4 4 of Fig. 2.

The ornamental design for a handle for cooking utensils, substantially as shown.
