My invention relates to collapsible awning or canopy frames for boats.
The object of my invention is to provide means for supporting cano ies or coverings for launches or other small boats.
Further objects and advantages will be more fully described herein, and s ecifically polnted out in the claims, recourse being had tot eaccompanying drawin s,forming apart of this specification, in whichlgure 1 is an elevation of a boat, showin the frames when not in use by full lines and when employed by dotted lines. Fig.2 is a fraimentary side elevation of the runner or dec rods, and Fig. 3 is a front elevation of one of the U-shaped frames for supporting the canvas coverin or awning.

Having described my invention, what I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent is- An apparatus of the class described and in combination with a boat, a plurality of rods along the length thereof, and a series of in combination with a boat and its coaming,
