This invention relates to a flatly appearing floor mat on which a foreign object swivelling wheels of a swivel chair can be swivelly moved, and to new, novel and useful improvements of a said floor mat, in that, firstly, it newly comprises a fence or fencelike appearing border portion abutting upwardly for either partly or fully fencing in a portion of its top surface on which said swivelling wheels can swivelly move, and secondly, it newly comprises an opening portion purposive for fitting a prop therein as said floor mat is handled and placed in its working position on a floor, said prop being otherwise attachable with a portion of a being used floor associated with floored bottoms of legs of a foreign object desk, or a table, and the like, so that now said floor mat is said properly anchored with and on said floor thereat, and not prone for being swivelly moved out of its working position when a person swivels himself in said swivel chair and said fenced in swivelling wheels thereof on said fenced in top surface of said floor mat which to-date needed undivided manual and thinking attention for being resumed into its said working position.
A foorable said floor mat either can or can not comprise a leaf portion abutting therefrom, said leaf portion can comprise a said opening portion for fitting a said prop therein, for s said purpose.
A floor mats bottom surface, or a portion of its bottom surface can be constructed for comprising a selfadhering ability so that when instant floor mat is floorable in its working position, said self-adhering bottom surface, or a self-adhering portion of its bottom surface can be made to adhere to a portion of said floor. When instant self-adhering floor mat is made, it does not have to comprise another floor mats said opening portion anchorable with a said floorably attachable prop.
A floor mat should be durably resistant to, and should not show, marks of wear and tear abuse, and thusly can be made from a hard rubber, or from a composition of materials; which form for an example a masonite material, and the like, which can be smoothly finished, and edgewisely arcked shaped as desired in this art. A said props bottom surface or a portion thereof can be made from a said self-adhering material for self-adhering it in its working position on a floor for being penetrated into a said opening portion of a floor mat in its working position thereat. A portion of an edge, or a wholeness of an edge of a floor mat can be beveled.
And a prop article of manufacture can be made from any material suitable for being used in an attachment of it to a floor as said, for a said purpose; using any one of the means for doing this, examples being, openings made in a prop for penetrating therethrough a nail, a rivet, a screw, a bolt, and the like, and into a prepared portion of a said floor thereat. And when a material of a floor and of a floor mat are fusible together, a means for welding them together can be used, in which case, instant floor mat will not need a said opening portion,
or a said prop, or a said self adhering ability for attaching it with a floor. A prop can be made from a material from which a floor mat can be made, and in any case, a prop can be combinely coupled with a floor mat in the art.
A floored said working position for a floor mat (without a said leaf portion) is generally adjacent to floored bottoms of legs of a desk, table and the like; a front edge from a side to opposite side thereof is firmly set against floored bottoms of legs of a desk, and when a floor mat comprises a leaf portion, in addition to the above, said leaf portion thereof is floored between said floored bottoms of legs of a desk, and beneath said desk, so that a person in a swivel chair with floormatted swivelling wheels rests his feet on said leaf portion, and firmly presses his feet down against a leaf portion when he swivels himself and chair and (fenced in) swivelling wheels on said (fenced in) top surface of a floor mat; and thereby causes said floor mat to swivel out of its working position, and heretofore caused a swiveling wheel to swivel from a heretofore floor mat on to a floor thereat causing a lopsided condition to all of them needing said undivided attention for correction.
Now, a floor mat can be anchored in its working position, and swivelling wheels can be fenced in on a floor mat for freeing the mind of said person from constant worry about same.
A floor mat (with or without a leaf portion) can be made for being portionally anchored using its opening portion as said, and a floor mat can be made for comprising a said fence portion only, and a floor mat can be made for comprising an opening portion for portionally anchoring it with and on a floor and for comprising a fence portion too.
A floor mat is placed on a floor so that swivelling wheels of a swivel chair are placed thereon instead of on said floor, thereby said floor mat receives said wear and tear abuse from said swivelling wheels instead of said floor.

An outline edge 19 of said fence 14 is bottomwisely aligned and integral with and above said straight up and down edge of floor mat l-and therefromsaid outline edge 19 also slants slightly inwardly and upwardly, said slantwisely for a purpose of easily wheeling a said swivelling wheel of an apparatus of a swivel chair thereon and thereover for fencing in a said swivelling wheel on said flat top surface 11 of said floor mat 10(An unseen said outline edge 19 of said top rear border 19 of said fence 14 can be similarly slanted as immediate above said, when desired, for a said purpose, and it can be straight up and down aligned with said unseen rear edge 13R being like said front 13F edge of said floor mat 10 as said.
Said floor mat 10 said flat bottom surface 12 is floorable so that said front edge 13F thereof can firmly set against floored bottoms of legs of a foreign object, for example desk and the like, and thereby said floor mat 10 can not move beneath said desk as said.
A person swivels in said chair and swivels its wheels on said flat top surface of said floor mat 10 thereby weightwisely swivelling said floor mat l0 frontwardly at least. Please note that said FIG. 2 shows and describes above too where rear edge 37 of floor mat 25 is shown set against legs 41 of desk 40. Instant floor mat 10 said flat top surface 11 is disposed for wheelably flooring thereon said four swivelling wheels of a swivel chair, said chair being sumbolized by each of the three square figures 70-71-72 drawn on said top surface 11 and in each of which, each of four points thereof symbolizes a wheel, and a small square therein symbolizes a person in said symbolized chair. Said square 70 denotes a said person in a chair with said four swiveling wheels in a working position relative to said front edge 13F firmly settable as said against unseen herein bottoms of legs of a desk. And said symbolized square 71 denotes a second position in which said four wheels points have been swivelled. rearwardly and are fenced in by fence l4 and thereby are prevented from wheeling from said top surface 11 of floor mat 10. Said square 72 denotes a third position in which said four swivelling wheels have been moved further rearwardly on said fenced in top surface 11 of floor mat 10.
Said FIG. shows a view of a fragment 85 which can replace a fragment in FIG. 1 denoted by broken lines ending at numerals 5 and arrow denoting direction taken in FIG. 5. Said fragment 85 is floored on a floor portion 26. Said fragment 85 comprises its flat top surface 11 integral with its flat bottom surface 12 said straight up and down and edge at its front 13F and side 13, and an opposite side 13B beveled edge as an example thereof. And said fragment 85 comprises an opening portion 86 therethrough planned for being in size and shape fitwisely complementary to an outline smaller size and shape of a said prop 53 which can be attached with a portion of said floor portion 26 for being in its working position therewith. Said FIG. 1 floor mat with instant fragment 85 as a part thereof, is handled and floored so that its said opening portion 86 surrounds said prop 53 therein, which can fit loosely or tightly therein as planned, for anchoring instant floor mat 10 on said floor portion 26 in its working position,
and thereby eliminating a possibility of its swivelling out of its working position when swivelling wheels thereon weightwisely tend to swivelly move it therefrom.
Said prop 53 comprises a panel-like rectangular flat appearance comprising a flattop surface integral with its flat bottom surface 91, each forming into its edge 92 outlining its size, shape and thickness; overall being an example of a said prop which is made for being related to and suitably fitting into and with a said opening portion of a floor mat, and for being attached with a floor portion. A said flat top surface 90 of a said prop 53 should be at least on a level line with a flat top surface of a floor mat opening portion 86, such really being a matter of selection though. Above said opposite side edge is numeraled 13B and is at least symbolically beveled or and arcuately shaped as summarily said.
vFIG. 2 shows a modified floor mat 25 with its bottom surface 29 laid flatly on top of a floor portion 26.
