BEVEL-JAW FOR VlSES.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Letters Patent No. 252,407, dated January 17, 1882.
To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, HORATIO D. WEs'r, of
' Stafford Springs, in the county of Tolland and State of Connecticut, have invented a certain new and useful Improvement in Bevel-Jaws .for Vises, of which the following is a descrip-' tion, reference being had to the accom pan 'in g drawings, wherein- Figure l is a side view. Fig.2 is a top "iew.
The improvement is one in thatclass of vises which have a detachable adjustable extra jaw;
and the improvement consists in such a detachable jaw pivoted on a base-block, which is in turn supported onthe screw-case of the per- .manent jaws, giving the adjustable and detach- Application filed April 26, 1881.
