Having described the invention, what is claimed as new is:

A device of the character described comprising a container having a bottom formed with an eccentric fluid discharge port, a false bottom resting on said rst named bottom and formed with a` circumferential series of drip openings graduated in size, and handle means on said false bottom for moving said false bottom to bring selected ones of said drip openings into registry with said discharge port.
2. A device of the character described comprising a container having a bottom formed with an eccentric fluid discharge port, a false bottom resting on said first named bottom. Vand `formed with a circumferential series of drip openings graduated in size, and handle means on said false bottom for moving said false bottom to bring selected ones of said drip openings into registry with said discharge port, said false bottom consisting of a relatively shallow cylindrical tray having said handle means projecting vertically therefrom to a point above the upper end of said container.

A device of the character described comprising a container having a bottom formed with an eccentric Huid` discharge port, a false bottom resting on said bottomv and formed with a circumferential series of drip openings graduated in size, and handle means on said false bottom for moving said false bottom to bring selected ones of said drip openings into registry with said discharge port, said false bottom consisting of a relatively shallow cylindrical tray having said handle means projecting vertically therefrom to a point above the upper end of said container, graduations on the upper part of said container relative to which said handle means is positioned for selecting the drip openings to be registered with said discharge port.
4. A device of the character described comprising a container having a bottom formed with an eccentric fluid discharge port, a false bottom resting on said bottom and formed with a circumferential series of drip openings graduated in size,
and handle means on said false bottom for moving said false bottom to bring selected ones of said drip openings into registry with said discharge, the` bottom of the container having a declining portion leading to said discharge port.

A device of the character described comprising a container having a bottom formed with an eccentric iiuid discharge spout, a false bottom resting on said bottom and formed with a circumferential seriesv of drip openings graduated in size, and handle means on said false bottom for moving said false bottom to bring selected ones of said drip openings into registry with said discharge spout, and clamp means depending from said bottom for mounting the device on the edge of a crock or the like with said discharge spout located Within'the crock or the like.
6. In a material containing, dispensing and measuring device of the class described, a material container open at its top and including a. bottom having a material discharge spout, a valving plate removably mounted for oscillation in said container and resting on the bottom of the container, said plate being provided with a plurality of selectively usable proportionately different material discharge openings registerable with said spout, a lifting and operating handle attached to and rising from said plate and accessible through the open top of the container,
and indicia provided on the container, the hanrformed therein, anannulus carried by the plate cooperating therewith in forming a tray-like receptacle, and a handle attached to and rising from said annulus to facilitate handling the receptacle in the manner and for the purposes described.
